Shipping your bike to or from Bulgaria couldnt be simplier. We take all the stress out of that long 2000km ride to get to the Balkans and the inherent wear and tear on your bike/tyres etc. Below you will find answers to our frequently asked questions. In Bulgaria we ship your bikes to a city in the foothills of the Rila mountains to "Samokov" which is approx 50 mins transfer from Sofia Airport. We can arrange transfers for you using our fully licensed and insured taxi services. In UK we use 2 transport hubs, Bedfordshire and Leyland in Lancashire.
You would fly to Sofia International airport. Sorry we cannot arrange your flights for you, but below is a list of main airports that fly to Sofia, Bulgaria.

Yes, you can send all your equipment, apart from high value electronics and laptops/tablets etc. No fuel can be shipped, although you can have a small amount in your bike (1 or 2 litres max). We do not recommend sending helmets with the bikes as they are difficult to pack. Most customers do send them but it would be up to yourself to secure.
At present no, but there are many great delivery companies out there that would accommodate. Although we don't endorse the following companies; Any Van and Bike 2 You are just a couple. Prices are approximately £90 one way.
Upon delivering your bike to our pickup/drop off point you'll be asked to load it personally into our purpose-built cradles. We can help you with this. If you would like us to load your bike for you there is an extra charge of £25 per bike. Loading straps are provided. These are metal crates specifically designed to transport a motorcycle safely. For your piece of mind, our trained drivers then check each cradle again before departure.
All our facilties are fully alarmed and CCTV monitored each with many more high value goods contained within the buildings. We will do our upmost to protect them. Insurance starts only when the bikes are loaded onto the transport for delivery, not before. Please inform your insurance that you are shipping your bike with us.
Our standard shipping cradle measures 230cm(L) x 100cm(W) x 125cm(H). Your bike must fit within this space to qualify for the small bike price. If the bike is taller than 120cm you would have to pay the large bike price. Faring and mirrors can easily be removed and re attached upon arrival.
We would require your bike to be with us 14 days before your intended arrival in Bulgaria. This will be the same for your motorcycles journey home to the UK. Your bike will be returned to the UK 10/14 days after your holiday, usually much sooner.
We offer 1 weeks storage at either side of the due shipping dates to give you time to arrange collection of your bikes. Anything longer than a week is chargeable at £10 per week, payable direct with the transport hub used.
